Vinification : Traditional, 30 days maceration.
Ageing : 6 months in tank, 12 months in oak barrel.
Alcohol content : 13,5 % vol.
Tasting notes :
Steady red colour with crimson tint.
The nose is a blend of floral notes and ripped black fruits aromes.
Intense and chewy mouth with a lovely fruity freschness.
DRINKING TIPS :
This top-range wine is an excellent match for typical Languedoc cuisine, venison, barbecue and mature cheeses.
Will be perfect to drink from 2003 to 2008.
