Terroir : The grapes are rigorously selected and yield is less than 50 hl/ha.
Vinification : Low temperature fermentation.
3 weeks maceration with traditional vatting.
Alcohol content : 12,5 % vol.

Tasting notes :
• Intense black cherry colour.
• Powerful and elegant nose. Aroma of liquorice.
• Palate with a frank typicity, ample and harmonious. Fine tannins that give a firm structure with aromas of fruit.

Drinking tips :
Pleasant to drink now, it can be kept up to 2 years in a good cellar.
A fine match for red meats and cheeses.
