Vinification : fermentation in barrels
Ageing : 6 to 8 month in new oak barrels
Alcohol content : 12 % Vol

 

TASTING :
• Bright yellow color.
• Nose oaky and floral (white flowers).
• Round and fat wine. The oak gives mellow tannins
and reveals aromas of dried fruit like apricots.
• Still have a nice liveliness.


DRINKING TIPS :
Can be kept 3 to 4 years in good cellar.
Will perfectly match with strong cheeses (like blue cheese), fishes in sauce or poultry.
