Vintage: 2004
Grape varieties: Syrah 90 %, Grenache 10 %, old vineyards (more than 20 years).
Terroir: Calcareous clay slope. Grapes selected from the best terroir in the appellation. Low yield 35 hl/ha) and grape ripeness control.
Vinification: Classic maceration during 3 weeks.
Ageing: 6 months in tank and 12 months in new 225 litres oak barrels.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
