Vintage : 2003
Grape varieties : Syrah 90 %,Grenache 10 %, old vineyards (more than 20 years).
Terroir : Calcareous clay slope. Grape selected from the best terroir in the appellation. Grape ripeness control.
Vinification : Classic maceration during 3 weeks.
Ageing : 6 months in tank and 12 months in oak barrels.
Alcohol content  : 12,5 % Vol

TASTING :
Intense deep red colour.
Pleasant and complex nose with vanilla and grilled notes.
The richness of the tannins makes it a wine for laying down.


DRINKING TIPS :
This top range wine is an excellent match for venison, barbecue and mature cheese.
Will be perfect to drink from 2006 and 2010.
